White Glove Membership Terms

Version v2-2026-10-16 · Effective Oct 16, 2026, 1:37 PM EDT

Version: v2-2026-10-16
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Effective date: October 16, 2026. The publication timestamp is shown above.

These Membership Terms (“Terms”) govern annual membership in WHITE GLOVE AUTO SERVICES, LLC (“White Glove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or renewing a White Glove membership and accepting the applicable Terms, you agree to those Terms. The application of updated Terms to existing memberships is addressed in Section 15.

1. Membership Plans

White Glove currently offers two annual membership plans:

  • Auto, presented to members as Gold
  • Premium, presented to members as Platinum

Gold and Platinum are presentation labels only. The underlying membership plans remain Auto and Premium.

Current annual prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future purchases or renewals. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown as required.

2. Annual Billing and Renewal

Memberships are purchased and billed for a one-year term. The applicable start date, expiration date, renewal date, annual price, and automatic-renewal terms are disclosed at checkout or in the membership confirmation, as applicable.

Where the member has expressly agreed to automatic renewal, the membership renews for another annual term using the payment method on file unless the member cancels future renewal before the next renewal charge. White Glove will provide renewal and price-change notices as required by applicable law.

A price change for future renewals does not retroactively change the price of a membership term that has already been paid.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelling a membership cancels future automatic renewal. It does not cancel or shorten the current paid annual term.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refund, credit, or cash payment is provided solely because a member cancels renewal, stops using the membership, or does not use some or all available benefits, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

After cancellation of future renewal, the member may continue to use the benefits remaining under the applicable plan until the end of the current paid term, subject to the existing benefit limits, eligibility requirements, reservation rules, and these Terms. Cancellation does not restore benefits already used or extend the membership expiration date.

Access may end earlier only where suspension or termination is permitted under Section 12 or where an applicable payment has not been successfully collected or has been reversed. Cancellation of renewal by itself is not grounds for early suspension or termination.

Members may cancel future renewal by emailing info@whiteglovesusa.com from the email address associated with their membership or by using any cancellation option made available in their account. White Glove will confirm cancellation and the paid-through date by email. A cancellation takes effect when received through a designated cancellation channel; its effectiveness does not depend on when White Glove sends its confirmation. White Glove will not impose additional cancellation steps that delay an otherwise valid cancellation or restrict a cancellation right provided by law.

This non-refund policy does not eliminate rights relating to unauthorized or erroneous charges, services that White Glove fails to provide as legally required, or any refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate written refund commitment made by White Glove will be honored according to its terms. Suspension or termination by White Glove does not, by itself, determine whether a refund is legally required.

4. Failed Renewal Payments and Grace Period

If a renewal payment fails, White Glove may temporarily place the membership in a past-due status.

White Glove may provide a limited grace period while payment is retried. If payment is not successfully recovered, membership access may be suspended or terminated.

Any grace period does not waive amounts lawfully due and does not guarantee continued access after the grace period expires. No additional annual fee becomes due solely because a member properly cancels future renewal before the renewal charge.

5. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits depend on the member’s plan and the benefit configuration applicable to that membership term.

Benefits may include, among other things, vehicle pricing programs, trade-in assistance, car washes, oil changes, inspections, diagnostic visits, towing, deductible waivers, service discounts, accessory discounts, appearance-protection discounts, rental discounts, rental delivery or pickup, priority scheduling, and, for eligible Premium/Platinum members, private lounge access.

Specific limits, percentages, eligibility rules, availability rules, and terms disclosed for the current membership term, including those shown in the Member Portal, are part of the membership offering for that term. Those rules remain subject to Section 6 and cannot be used to retroactively reduce the benefits promised for a paid term.

6. Current-Term Benefit Protection

For a paid membership term, the benefit limits and rules assigned to that term are maintained for that term unless a change is required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or circumstances outside White Glove’s reasonable control.

Changes to benefit configurations ordinarily apply to future memberships or renewal terms rather than reducing benefits already assigned to a current paid term.

The advance-reservation requirements introduced in this version apply to new purchases and renewals governed by this version. They do not retroactively restrict an existing paid membership where different reservation terms were promised, unless the member separately agrees or a change is otherwise lawfully permitted. Already confirmed reservations will be honored subject to their applicable terms.

Nothing in this section eliminates a remedy required by law if a promised benefit cannot be provided.

7. Usage Limits

Some benefits have quantity limits per membership term or other stated reset periods.

Usage recorded by authorized White Glove staff is applied against the applicable allowance. The Member Portal may display the allowance, used quantity, and remaining quantity.

Benefits with stated limits cannot be used beyond the remaining available quantity unless White Glove expressly authorizes otherwise.

8. White Glove Membership and Services Fulfilled by Providers

Your membership agreement is with WHITE GLOVE AUTO SERVICES, LLC. White Glove administers the membership program and is the primary contact for membership matters and complaints about services arranged through the program, including services performed by participating providers.

Some benefits may be fulfilled by participating dealers, repair facilities, car washes, rental companies, towing providers, or other vendors. A provider’s performance of a service does not make that provider the issuer of your White Glove membership.

Members should direct complaints, requests for assistance, and requests for resolution relating to membership benefits or services arranged through White Glove to info@whiteglovesusa.com. Include the membership number, service date, provider name, and a description of the issue, where available. White Glove will review the matter and coordinate with the participating provider as appropriate. Missing information does not prevent a member from reporting a concern.

This complaint-handling process does not release any provider from responsibility for its own conduct or prohibit a member from asserting a claim against a party legally responsible for injury, property damage, defective work, fraud, or another violation of law. It does not require a member to complete White Glove’s review before exercising legal rights or reporting a matter to an insurer, regulator, law-enforcement agency, or court.

White Glove remains responsible for its own obligations under the membership agreement and applicable law. Provider involvement does not eliminate those obligations.

Percentage discounts apply only to eligible goods or services and may be subject to exclusions, availability, participating provider rules, minimums, maximums, or other disclosed conditions.

White Glove does not guarantee third-party inventory, scheduling, availability, approval, or performance. This statement does not override a specific commitment made by White Glove or exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Advance Reservations and Availability

Car wash appointments must be requested at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the requested service date. All other scheduled services and benefits requiring an appointment or reservation must be requested at least thirty (30) calendar days before the requested service or access date.

These periods are minimum advance-request requirements. A request is not a confirmed appointment. A reservation is confirmed only when White Glove or the authorized participating provider confirms it. Submitting a request within the required period does not guarantee the requested date, time, location, vehicle, or provider.

White Glove may accept a shorter-notice request when availability permits and expressly confirms the exception. Acceptance of one shorter-notice request does not change the advance-reservation requirements for future requests.

The advance-reservation periods do not apply to emergency towing or other emergency assistance expressly included in the member’s plan. Such requests are handled subject to the applicable benefit limits, service area, provider availability, and safety conditions. Membership does not guarantee an emergency response time. In a medical emergency or immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Priority scheduling, vehicle access, rentals, lounge access, and similar benefits remain subject to availability, operating hours, capacity, provider participation, safety requirements, and any applicable reservation or eligibility rules.

“Priority” does not waive the advance-reservation requirements or guarantee immediate service or a specific appointment time.

10. Member Identification and QR Code

Members may receive a digital membership card and QR code.

The QR code is used to help authorized staff identify the membership and access the applicable staff workflow. Possession of a QR code alone does not provide staff or administrative access.

Members should not intentionally share, reproduce, sell, or misuse their membership credentials or QR code.

11. Nontransferability

Unless White Glove expressly approves otherwise in writing, membership benefits are personal to the enrolled member and are not transferable, resalable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for cash value. This restriction does not affect refunds or other remedies required by law.

12. Misuse Fraud and Abuse

White Glove may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, abusive conduct, misuse of benefits, attempted circumvention of benefit limits, payment abuse, or material violation of these Terms.

A good-faith complaint, a lawful request for a refund, cancellation of future renewal, or the exercise of a legal right is not, by itself, misuse, fraud, or abuse. Any refund obligation following suspension or termination is determined by applicable law and any applicable written commitment.

13. Membership Records

White Glove may maintain records of membership status, benefit usage, staff actions, billing status, and acceptance of these Terms for operational, audit, security, and compliance purposes, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Electronic Communications

By providing an email address or phone number, you acknowledge that White Glove may use it to send transactional communications relating to your membership, payments, renewals, account activation, password recovery, benefits, or service activity, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Marketing communications, where applicable, are subject to separate consent and opt-out requirements. Providing contact information does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing calls or text messages where separate consent is required.

15. Changes to These Terms

White Glove may update these Terms from time to time. Each published version will identify its version and effective date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Changes applicable to a future purchase or renewal will be disclosed, and acceptance will be obtained where required by law.

Publication of a new version alone does not retroactively amend the benefits, reservation requirements, or other material terms of an existing paid membership. The member’s existing paid term remains governed by the applicable accepted terms, except for changes separately agreed to by the member or otherwise lawfully permitted. Section 6 continues to apply.

16. No Guarantee of Vehicle Purchase Financing or Trade Value

Membership does not guarantee vehicle availability, a specific purchase price, financing approval, credit approval, trade-in value, rental approval, or acceptance by any third party.

Any vehicle transaction, financing arrangement, warranty, rental, repair, or third-party service may be subject to separate agreements and eligibility requirements. A separate agreement does not, by itself, eliminate White Glove’s obligations under these Terms or any party’s obligations under applicable law.

17. Nature of Membership Benefits

White Glove membership provides access to the membership program and its stated benefits. It is not insurance, a vehicle warranty, roadside insurance, a financing product, or a guarantee of any third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms waives a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the member to waive.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law remain unaffected.
